By accessing or using anim8pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

anim8pro is an animation production platform that provides tools for creating, editing, and exporting animated content. Features include script management, storyboarding, character animation, lip sync, and video editing capabilities.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

4.2 Sparks

"Sparks" are the usage credits within anim8pro. Sparks are consumed when using certain features. Unused sparks may roll over according to your plan terms.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your creative works.

5.2 License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, is harmful or abusive, or violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality, is owned by anim8pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIM8PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
